The classic California hamburger, fries shakes with the best service you never expected from a fast food restaurant. Employees are extremely kind courteous. They treat you like a king no matter how many clients they are attending. Even the drive through is a pleasant experience! I always leave with a smile on my face when coming to this In n’ Out and will continue to come back again and again. This is the best hamburger you will taste in California, hands down this location is perfect, close enough to Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo Irvine Spectrum. My go to whenever I have run out of groceries to make food at home.
Got the double double and some fries, both animal style... And it was the grossest food experience of my life, they packed both with so much salt that I had to throw up all that I bought and ate, couldn't even finish it it was so over salted. The fries were nuked to boot .. absolutely dry and powdery inside.
Excellent costumer service every time. Today Carmen took great care of us, made sure we had everything we needed with a nice smile and kept the lobby very clean.

Great food (standard in n out fare) and service bathrooms could have been cleaner on our visit and trash bins were overflowing. Otherwise excellent!
