I’ve never eaten inside the restaurant, usually opting for the convenient drive-thru. I only head inside if the drive-thru line stretches through the parking lot and onto the street. The lines at In-N-Out are always impressively long, but it's the only queue I would willingly stand in for food since it moves quickly. Thanks to the dedicated and efficient staff, I typically place my order and receive my food in about 10 minutes or less.
My go-to order is a double-double with grilled onions, accompanied by either plain fries or animal-style fries. While the fries are decent and pair well with the burger, I have to admit that I prefer McDonald's fries. A must-have for every visit is a pup patt...
I mean, can you even call yourself a Californian if you don't like In-N-Out? Not only does our family enjoy this West Coast institution in general, this happens to be our local watering hole. We always order 3 fries light well, a hamburger with only grilled onions for our daughter, my partner I typically each get two double meats with a variety of different fixings. Spread is a must sometimes we even enjoy a pink lemonade or shake. The service is always impeccable the ambiance is very retro clean. This is one of the best In-N-Out locations in the game if you live in the Bay Area you must hit them up for your next craving.
CLEAN store. Service and food MEET expectations of why I choose to go here. A 'great ' In 'n ' Out burger place. Ive ordered and gotten well cooked fries twice; BOTH times was done right. Awesome. Feels and tastes perfect. EAT AT THIS daly city location ONLY. You 'll be glad you did. (I live closer to the other In 'n ' Out on Washington St, and i will never go there ever again.

Typically a favorite quick stop on our airport runs. One of the employees who had opened the door for us did not allow us to exit through the same door and told us to go out the opposite way which we did. There was nothing posted but I thought perhaps it was a covid protocol but the next customer entered and exited through the same door with no directive. Curious.
Steve was friendly service was fast. The place is clean as a standard In-N-Out Burger is. Always happy to get this when I am in California. Neapolitan shake was the best hacker ever showed me
The new drive-thru route is terrible. It runs behind the handicap parking spaces, making it nearly impossible for people who need those spots to park.
