FYI, if you don 't why hamburgers then In and Out is not for you. The burgers are the best on the the west (literally, this is the best west coast fast-food joint you 're going to find) though this is only the case when compared to other fast-food restaurants. The service is possibly the best you will get. You can order your burger to have ketchup spread on half the bun, and only mustard on the other half, exactly 12 and 1/4 pickles and to wrap your burger in lettuce 360 degrees around and to poke a hole in the burger with their thumb, and no joke, they will happily oblige. Love In-N-Out! The only thing I have to remark about is the way the parking lot and drive-through line are set up. Because the space is so limited, there are long lines and driving/walking and parking can be a bit tricky (maybe even dangerous). Besides that, customer service is excellent! The food is always warm and tasty. Try items off the 'hidden menu ', very yummy! Also, they will give grilled onions instead of fresh and extra crispy fries , if you ask. Love the way all my requests for menu changes are received with a smile ! Never once have we had a bad experience with customer service and/or the food. Always excellent !
We don't have In-N-Out Burger where I live now, so I get one whenever I can. They're 5 stars because for a fast food burger, they're one of the best. They have someone outside taking orders to expedite the process. The staff is always friendly. The lettuce is always crisp and the tomatoes are always fresh and juicy. The beef patties are a great grind, and if you want to up the flavor, order it animal style. The potatoes are fresh cut and the shakes are so thick you'll probably have to let them melt a little before you can get them through the straw.
I arrived first thing one morning with a large order for a company outing, and I was impressed by the service. Jackson and the store manager, Shawn, handled my order efficiently and swiftly. They got everything correct on the first try, packaged it carefully, and even brought it out to my car! Additionally, the food was prepared quickly, and they included a small bag with all the extras like ketchup, peppers, napkins, and more. To top it off, the total cost was much lower than we expected. Our group devoured everything in no time!
Honestly, everything about this place was great. The all-female staff worked like clockwork, operating seamlessly together. However, the quality of the food just didn’t live up to expectations. While the meat had nice flavor, there was nothing particularly impressive about the burgers. The fries were also quite ordinary—well-prepared but lacking any unique qualities. I really don’t understand the hype surrounding this place or why so many people line up here every day.
I live in a food desert—or at least that's what it feels like in Arkansas. After waiting 12 years for Costco and Trader Joe's to open, we finally got our first Whataburger. I waited in line for 20 minutes and, to be honest, didn't find it that impressive. However, the double double animal style burger I ordered was absolutely incredible. The cold ketchup straight from the fridge paired perfectly with the fresh, hot fries—everything was just spot on.
Really not happy with this one. One fry got what was asked for, the other was not even after it was re-iterated. Do both these fries look like extra onions and extra sauce? One doesn't even look like it has the normal amount of sauce. Never been so disappointed... and this is after I handed the cashier $20 then a gift card and they gave me back 19 and change and no gift card.
Want a great burger? This is the place. What stands out is that this establishment has a hard working, very organized staff that offers great food in a clean inviting environment. It can get busy here, but the payoff is worth it. There is also plenty of outdoor seating and a drive thru option.
