I first saw Pulp Fiction almost 30 years ago, and the cheeseburger scene from the movie always stayed with me. Recently, I jokingly mentioned how I've been craving a Big Kahuna Burger ever since. Luckily, I was directed to Iron Shoe Distillery. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint! The burger was absolutely worth the wait, and I certainly won't be waiting another 30 years to have it again. Impressed?The Service was friendly from greeting at the door to great table service from everyone who walked by. Great fried cheese curds with sriracha sauce, phenomenal truffalo wings (the Best) which are fried cauliflower to perfection with a sweetteriyaki glaze and a main entree of juicy mushroom double burger cooked to our liking with a large side of white cheddarmacaroni. The brussel sprouts were okay and included a sriracha sauce as well. I ended the evening with a desert drink of HotCocoa Creme Bourbon, very tasty and smooth. Amazing service and friendly staff!! The Drink of the Month, Pickle Martini, was the BEST i've had! Food was great, and the atmosphere was inviting! We are staying in Niles for one night and made two trips to the distillery. Will definitely be back! Thank you, Kelsey, Erin and Dianne!
Very disappointed in my burger from there tonight. Usually love their food. The bun was cold like pulled right from the fridge, burger tasted terrible. They were very busy, very under staffed. Bright side, my 2 drinks were good. Won’t be back for a while.

Ordered burger MED, got WELL. They remade, but for what was supposed to be the best in Niles, I'm left wondering why. No one ever asked me how it was. They forgot my pickle spear let me run out of water.
Food was amazing, but Diane was the best! She was on it with our table, and she was so kind. She is a great employee, and it was such a fun experience having her as our server.
Portion size for the full order Quinoa salad is very small. Could use a couple more handfuls of Spinach and a couple more spoonfuls of Quinoa. Otherwise very good!
Two out of four people ordered the pork nachos and both of them got sick with diarrhea.
