The hostess seemed generally uninterested but that was majorly overlooked by the treasure that was Lisa. She was wonderful and highly attentive to our needs. I always appreciate convenience, so I was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be my favorite restaurant of the entire trip. On our first visit, our wonderful waitress Bella D recommended the pineapple ginger chicken with rice and peas, and it was absolutely delicious. We went to Island Spice for my friend's birthday and enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The service was great. The curry chicken was good and not to season. My brother thought the jerks were delicious. My friend ordered the red Snapper Special and was very happy with it. The only drawback is that the Snapper is more expesive than you would expect $50). I jumped for the birthday package and the staff sang a wonderful reissue of the happy birthday and presented him a piece of carrot cake with a huge funkler and a beautifully written happy birthday message on the plate. The lead singer of JahWorks was simply the entertainment nice surprise! We will definitely come back!
My group of 15 arrived last minute on a Saturday for lunch, and the manager, Scott, was incredibly accommodating. He arranged for us to use the private room so we could all dine together. Even though the staff was short-handed, Scott personally served us and did an outstanding job. We had heard great things about Island Spice Grille Lounge beforehand, and the menu certainly lived up to the hype. A big thank you to Scott and the entire team at Island Spice for a memorable family outing!
I used to dine at this restaurant before the pandemic and it was fantastic. However, my recent visit left me disappointed. Despite living 45 minutes away, I decided to give it a try again, but this time the food wasn't worth the high prices. I had higher expectations and unfortunately, they were not met. This may be the only option for some people, but I would not recommend it.
I visited this restaurant from the city and it was fantastic! The curry chickpeas were excellent, as were the mojitos. The service was great and the atmosphere was pleasant. I plan to try other restaurants but will definitely come back here tomorrow. I highly recommend it!

My favorite place to eat in Maryland,we had no idea that it was their 8th yr anniversary,we had a great time and met some of our family that we didn't know was there,we were seated next to each other. There was a live band, people were dancing and enjoying them selves.
