Italia At River City

Went Saturday for the first time to celebrate my birthday, didn't have reservations so sat at the bar. (Were very busy, make reservations Heard they had gluten free options (I have celiac disease for over 12 years I was pleasantly surprised at what I could choose from. Kenzie at the bar answered all my questions and if she didn't know, went and asked the chef. I had spaghetti and meatballs, also gluten free bread, it was delicious. We will be back, I'm so excited to have found an Italian restaurant that treats me with care.

Absolutely... impressed. The Calamari Balsamico was light and really tasty with the balsamic reduction throttled as the sauce it was a beautiful presentation too. Must say the BEST Veal Piccata I have eaten EVER, so delicate and tasteful along with the garlic potatoes and the crispy cale above added the perfect texture to the dish. Pleasant prices, wonderful service, incredible food lovely!! The best Italian food I had in SWFL!!

Very pleasant restaurant and bar. Special compliments go to our bartender Kenzie. We all loved our meals. The Chicken Parmigiana was the best I've ever eaten. I didn't need a knife to cut the wet chicken. We want to eat there every week.

Dinner here was absolutely amazing! Comfortable atmosphere, great food and some of the best tiramisu ever!!
