I wish I could give them 0 stars because this place is full of roaches and, on top of that, they don't sell you fresh food. Recently, one of my friends started working here, and she used to complain to me about how filthy it was. The management is also poor because they don't treat their staff well. Therefore, I kindly ask that you refrain from visiting this location, especially during the holiday season. I do not want any of our children or senior citizens to become ill as a result of their tainted sweets.
I ordered a cake with the number 25 for my daughter's birthday, but instead, I received a cake with the numbers 2 and an upside-down 2. In what country would that be considered a 5? My daughter claimed it looked fancy, but there's no way that's a fancy 5. The owner was rude and unhelpful, insisting that I was mistaken and arguing with me. Just look at this picture. For $150, I should have received exactly what I ordered. I felt so embarrassed at the party with 50 guests.
Bought a cake from Amato’s. Was informed it was chocolate/chocolate and found out it was chocolate outside with vanilla sponge cake. Icing wasn’t frosting, was more like lard. Cake was disgusting; totally inedible. Threw out the entire cake wasted $30. Would’ve been better served with a Costco cake! Horrible!
I have gotten cakes, cookies, pastries, bread and more from here for many an occasion. I go to all the local bakeries and I find they have the best quality of all these items. I love getting Italian specialties from here. Looking forward to my visit there for Thanksgiving treats tomorrow.
