I love visiting It'sugar Emeryville on Bay Street! Whenever I’m craving something sweet, I can always rely on the store to be clean, well-stocked, and filled with exciting menu options. Kyle is absolutely the best! He’s always friendly and welcoming, greeting me with a big smile and kind words every time I come in. The excellent customer service really stands out. I purchased lollipops from him for the Make-A-Wish Foundation at my office, and the whole experience was fantastic.
