I had a disappointing experience with a recent Uber Eats delivery from this restaurant. We ordered two of their cake feasts and a cinnamon roll, but we didn't receive any pancakes, which was attributed to a mistake on Uber's part. The portions of eggs, potatoes, and bacon were also underwhelming given the price. The most alarming part was the cinnamon roll; it was so overcooked and hard that it took two of us to break it in half for a photo. When we called the restaurant to express our concerns, we spoke to the manager, Steve. Unfortunately, he was quite dismissive and lacked basic customer service skills. Steve didn't apologize for our issues but instead suggested we "take it up with Uber"...
I gave a cleanliness rating of 2, but to be honest, the food was far from appealing. I ordered the turkey sausage plate, which was served with a side of cheese, but there were no additions like butter or protein to enhance the dish. I tried to improve it myself, but it didn't help. In the end, I left nearly everything on my plate except for the potatoes. My wife only found the grottoes enjoyable. I expressed my disappointment to the waitress, but she didn't even attempt to bring the manager over. This was my first visit, and it will definitely be my last. The meal was not worth the $31 at all.
Firstly, the young man at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. I also want to extend a quick thank you to Ryann. While we were sitting there today, we waited about 10 minutes before someone came to check on us. Although she mentioned that she wasn't our server, she kindly offered to take our order so we wouldn’t have to wait any longer. We noticed that she was attentive to a wide range of customers, taking the time to ensure everyone was looked after. Additionally, the Eggs Benedict was a perfect 10/10, and we absolutely loved their breakfast potatoes.
Waited 10 mins for someone to greet Mr and seat me, restaurant was NOT busy. Waited another 10 mins before the person who sat Mr said have you been waited on? Which I said no. Then I ordered and was never brought my drinks, I had to grab another waiter to bring me my drinks. Food was cold when I received it and portions were small for price charged. Added 98 cents to meal for a small piece of cheese in the scrambled eggs which were cold. They were quick to get me my bill tho. Will never eat here again!! Réservez une table maintenant
I hadn't visited this restaurant in many years, but after moving to the area, I decided to give it another try. We ordered two eggs, roasted potatoes, corned beef hash, fresh greens, and a pancake. Both the service and the food were excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant and its location!
Haven't been to this location in many years. We were running errands in the area, and decided to revisit. We had two skillets of eggs, roasted potatoes, cornbeef hash, cheesy grits, and a pancake to share. The service and the food was outstanding. Highlyrecommend this restaurant and location!
Awesome customer service here! Kayla was our server and she was so polite and efficient. Breakfast was DELICIOUS!! Compliments to the chef! The manager was warm and welcoming and even let us sample the yummy cheese grits. I highly recommend J. Christopher's for breakfast and lunch!
I visited last weekend for a lovely breakfast, and our waitress, Adriana, was incredibly attentive and kind! She consistently checked to ensure we had everything we needed. I’ll definitely be returning soon for the excellent food and service! Réservez une table maintenant
