The food is amazing! Fresh and delicious always. The meatballs are the best around! My grandfather was a chef in the North End, and my Dad was known as the MD. (Meatball dealer) He assisted in the recipe for Cooked Perfect frozen meatballs that are sold in many grocery stores. I say that, because I grew up around the best meatballs, and the meatballs at J &L are scrumptious! I only give them 4 stars because they are cash only, and that is inconvenient for many. I hope that changes!

J&L Deli is simply Heaven on Earth. It doesn't get any better. Thank you all so much for always serving the very best. Simple. Delicious. Absolutely amazing. You cannot go wrong with J&L. This place has been my GO-TO for many years and I hope for many more years to come. I would give more than 5 stars if I only could! THERE! 6 STARS I DID IT!

Just took my husband here for the first time. Best sandwiches hands down. He had the #1 turkey baguette with stuffing cranberry and mayo so good. And I got such a tasty corn beef pastrami and honey mustard with Swiss on a baguette. Place is amazing if your in the area.

This little deli in Abington is a hidden treasure. The turkey is delicious. Sandwiches are always generously filled. The soups are very good too. The french bread is to die for. Highly recommend this deli.

Great quality of food! Great prices! The owner is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. They are excellent with any specific requirements, always beyond and beyond!
