We stopped by this restaurant on our way to our vacation after arriving at the airport. The mall area was bustling on a Saturday night, with all the restaurants packed. We had a thirty-minute wait for a table for eight. The adults headed to the spacious bar near the entrance, where the bartender was friendly and there was a great selection of beers. Fortunately, they were able to seat us in two adjacent booths. The burgers we ordered were absolutely incredible. The Caesar salad, on the other hand, was just average, earning a B rating. Overall, the staff were very friendly and efficient.
Good Food. So I've only been once. The food was good, the waiter was very pleasant. BUT, it took a long time to take our order, and one hour later we still had no food. Figured out he forgot about us and never placed our order (I have to say, he was new and overwhelmed. I'm sure if he's still there, he's doing fine now lol) Normally this would have upset me as my kids were hungry and whiny after an hour, but the staff was just too nice to get upset with. In the end, we got our food...FREE.<br/ <br/ So, maybe you should hope to be forgotten when you go to this restaurant lol
I dined here on Saturday and unfortunately experienced food poisoning on Sunday. The service was quite slow, especially considering there were only about 15-20 people in the restaurant. The drinks were watered down, the bathrooms were not very clean, and the food didn’t meet expectations. They also forgot to include some of the items that were supposed to accompany my dish as described in the menu. I definitely won't be returning. Also, since flu and COVID season is upon us, shouldn’t the servers and kitchen staff be wearing masks for health safety?
The food was rather unremarkable. I ordered the fish tacos, which turned out to be little more than fish sticks on a bed of salad wrapped in flour tortillas. The beer selection included a few craft drafts in addition to the typical offerings from major breweries, but it wasn't particularly extensive. On the positive side, the service was both friendly and prompt. However, the acoustics in the restaurant were not great due to all the glass surfaces. The combination of the music and background noise created an overwhelming atmosphere.

Jacks. The food is always great at Jack Astors, the best part is u can color on your table while waiting for food. Great for young children or birthday parties. Ive tried different item menus, never had a problem with anything, but the bill adds up as its a little pricy after a while
You always know that the food will be average to okay at Jacks. It's a high volume place that caters to the masses and has a fun atmosphere. The show spiting events and have many beers on tap, just don't expect to have your culinary socks knocked off.
Had a great time. Haven't been at Jack Astor's for a number of years but now that we found it again, we'll be back. Food was good. My girlfriend said she had the best chicken tenders she's had in a long time.
If you want something quick in a decent atmosphere, it’s the place to be. I wouldn’t trust a place like this for a Chinese fix or for other specialty items.
