I come here all the time because I work right next to Jack In The Box. Every morning, I stop by for a black iced coffee, and it's usually the same staff working. There is one older lady who, on one occasion, rudely snatched the sugar from my hand when I told her I had asked for sweetener, not sugar. Today was the second time I encountered this issue. This time, I decided to speak to her in Spanish. I asked for syrup, ketchup, sweetener, and creamer. I understand it’s busy in the morning, and I might be asking for a lot, but I feel like they treat me as if I’m bothering them. When I spoke to her in Spanish, I clarified that I didn’t think she had heard me because I was still missing ketchup....
As a driver, I frequently stop by to pick up food, and I'm always impressed by how quickly the service is and how friendly the staff is. Lately, I had a craving for a milkshake, but I've often arrived when the machine was either out of order or being cleaned. However, this location delivered when I needed it most, and the milkshake was delicious!
They had a simple task: to deliver exactly what we ordered and paid for. Unfortunately, they failed once again. This problem happens every time I use the drive-thru. Moving forward, I will make sure to document every time they get a straightforward order wrong.
Jack In The Box offers a nice and quiet atmosphere. The burger I ordered from their menu was extremely dry, but it was replaced quickly and without any hassle.
