I had a disappointing experience at Jack In The Box due to the manager, a Mexican lady with a poor attitude. When I tried to order tacos without lettuce, she claimed it wasn't possible, and what did she do? She only added lettuce. I wouldn't recommend this place due to their terrible customer service. It's not my first time here, and she's always in a bad mood. I really hope she sees this comment because she shouldn't be working in this role if she behaves like that. It’s frustrating, especially since I'm usually a nice guy, but this left a sour impression. Next time, I will report her to her superiors. I ordered 16 tacos, and they were all just filled with lettuce.
I visited Jack In The Box at 5:30 PM and was the only car in the drive-thru. I ordered a kids’ meal but waited over 15 minutes for them to bring it to my car after being asked to pull forward. The next day at 11 PM, I returned and was again the only car in line. I waited 10 minutes just to place my order and was told they were out of tacos. The drive-thru service has been consistently slow during the few times I’ve been there, which is disappointing, especially considering the menu options.
We recently ordered two chicken teriyaki bowls, an egg roll, and a Dr. Pepper. The chicken and rice were tender, and the vegetables tasted fresh. The staff was professional and prioritized our safety. We’ll definitely return!
The food is quick and tasty. The staff can be friendly at times, but there are also moments of indifference, which is common in fast food. The location is excellent, though.

If you're a fan of foil in your tacos, this is the spot for you. That's all I have to say. I would recommend avoiding this place.
