I've visited this restaurant often, and I can't get enough of the deluxe chicken ranch sandwich. A couple of my favorite items are the two tacos for only $1.78. The place is clean, although it's a bit small. Since COVID, the soda machine isn’t self-serve. Unfortunately, I had to wait quite a while for my fries, and they ended up getting cold before I could catch the staff's attention.
employee was in a rush and was kinda rude. I asked for jalapenos and he charged me for them but didn't give them to me and and interrupted me multiple times. And I asked for loaded minni tacos and he gave me plain. And I didn't have time to go back andfix my order.
Thanks to the morning, afternoon and evening/night Crew(s) at my favorite local Jack-In-The-Box in Rowland Heights! They all work so hard to ensure that my dining experience is always EXCELLENT! Thank you...Rocio(Rosie), Christina, Evelyn and of course, Carolina!
Decent food and quick service. Though shady area with shady figures hanging around that kinda trash the place but this isn't the staffs fault. Decent food for a late night bite. Réservez une table maintenant
I ordered burger for my kids and they keep messing up the order. I don't know if they are rushing or just used to adding the condiments, but my kids don't like condiments
Horrible slow and the workers take so long to make your order, well the night shift at least. Took 30 &min waiting at the drive thru when there was only 4 cars.
I'm trying to get fed at 5:48 AM, no response at drive thru. Please amend your hours listed here to correctly reflect when you're open.
Morning managers are ok pretty rude but the night crew is great on top of everthing they need to train the morning crew Réservez une table maintenant
