I get off work late and this Jack N the Box is one of the only places around where I live thats open late. The young, thin, Hispanic KID that works the drive thru usually during the evening/night is So Incredibly RUDE, Unprofessional, has a TERRIBLE Atritude, tosses the bag to you instead of handing it to you, he Always seems Extremely Annoyed and works Very slow because he doesn't want to be there nor does he want to help customers. It takes him over 5 minutes in between customers to take orders because he is annoyed and has an attitude. He causes the line to get backed up and you're literally waiting in line 30+ minutes, Because of him. He doesn't care, and clearly he is just there to coll...
Horrible experience most definitely will never come back here. Order in drive thru at night and some ex con looking guys walk up all in drive thru window all up leaning on my car and in my car window. Im stuck at the winow and had to yell at him to get away from my car then he got all crazy and threatening. Had to open my door and scary him off. My kid was scared. I ask the worker what's going here you allow this here. He say you know how it goes. No I dont! On top of that didn't get receipt. Order was messed up. One of the worst experiences I ever had in my life! Trust me I'm definitely calling their corporate Monday to talk to someone. Not a safe place to patronize at all. Not kid friendly...
As always for a fast food, place the food is good. Problem is most of the employees. English is their second language so it's sometimes hard to communicate. When I asked an employee what was in a combo meal I was planning to order he did not really know. That's a little scary. I didn't see anybody in the uniform everybody was wearing whatever which was very unprofessional. And yes, I know it's Christmas day but it seems like everybody would just there there because they had to be not because they wanted to be and they really didn't care about peoples food. That's how I saw it.
I rarely go to Jack in the Box anymore, but I decided to stop at this one. The service wasn't great, drive thu cashier was not friendly, seemed annoyed. The sourdough chicken sandwich I ordered, the chicken was rubbery. I ended up throwing it away and just ate the sourdough bread. Wasted 8 bucks. So that visit confirmed why I don't go to Jack in the Box anymore.

Worst Jack EVER. I ordered my usual stuff, fajita pita, chocolate oreo shake. Usually FIRE. My pita had no grilled onions, more lettuce than anything else. My shake had no oreo no cherry. The guy who took my order was cool, but that's it. Go to a different one unless u want your order
Unbelievably slow drive-thru service overnight 7/22. They claim they only have two employees working in the drive-thru It is taking way too long just to get through to pick up an order. This is not considered fast food anymore. Stay away from this location if you value your time.
Terrible service! Even with a party of six, they still couldn't attend to us properly. We ended up having to go to McDonald's instead.
The service is okay, but they consistently struggle with taking orders. Every time I visit, my order ends up being incorrect.
