The hours of operation displayed at the drive-thru window are inaccurate. Around 11:40 PM on a Friday night (June 25, 2021), an employee informed me that they were closed. The sign clearly states, "Friday and Saturday Drive-Thru Open 24 Hours." However, the employee insisted, "No, not anymore. We close at midnight." I replied, "Great! I made it just in time—it's 11:40 PM!" He then reiterated, "No, we're closed."

the food here was made better than at a nearby jack. note both locations had a line in the drive thru of which I was in the back of. the burger looked nicer and the tacos tasted better here however. i had the exact same order just yesterday so i can compare them pretty well I'd say. staff is cool!

The morning manager was from Mexico and had limited English skills, which made communication difficult. The store lobby was supposed to open at 6 AM, but when I arrived to eat, she simply held up eight fingers to indicate that they wouldn't be opening until 8. This was quite frustrating.

I don't know his name, but there's a guy who works the later shifts with glasses and tattoos on his arm. He's incredible every time we visit. He's extremely friendly, and even when there's a long line, he handles everything perfectly. The customer service is a solid 10 out of 10!

Went to this Jack In The Box location very clean, quick customer service. I had the teriyaki bowl which contained white rice broccoli and chicken with teriyaki sauce. I wish it had more vegetables. Tasted really good. I also had the curly fries enjoyed it.

I dont know his name but there is this guy who works later in the days and he's got glasses and some tattoos on his arm. He is so amazing everytime we go. He's so friendly and even if there's a long line he kills it. Customer service is 100/10

I think there’s been a mix-up with my order! I asked for two orders of four-piece chicken strips and two orders of cherry, but instead, I received two grilled chicken sandwiches and just one cherry order.

It took a bit of time, but that was when they had quite a few cars in the drive thru. Food is absolutely delicious, would go through it again. The people were polite as well!

Always empty and open without clearing up the dining room floor. Trash and cups in tables

Quick service just be aware of drive thru it can get packed
