I visited this restaurant today, and it's currently under construction, so the drive-thru intercom was out of order. However, Ethelyn took my order quickly and courteously. The wait time was about the same as if I had ordered through the intercom and waited for my food to be prepared. It's refreshing to experience such good customer service, which seems to be increasingly rare these days.
