Service, The worse experience on a drive trough. I was about to jump on a 8 hour drive with my entire family, so we order on the drive through a total of 5 meals. Why in the world would I need your advice on how to make an order? The cashier or manager who ever he was repeated at least 4 times. Most Jack in the Box locations are often inundated with customers, leading to long wait times at the counter. There's definitely a need for more staff to help at these counters. The person working the drive-thru not only takes orders but also assists at the counter, prepares and packages online orders along with those from cars, makes shakes, fills drinks, operates the cash registers, restocks supplies, mops floors, cleans restrooms, sanitizes the shake machines, wipes down lobby tables, and empties trash cans. These fast-food workers truly deserve $20 an hour. I worked in a similar role for eight months last year.
Two of the three times I’ve been here, it took over 30 minutes to get my food. Some people left without their food because they got tired of waiting and couldn’t get a straight answer from the staff. Imagine that: paying for food and just giving up on all hope that it’ll ever come. During all three visits, each time people came back to return their food because it wasn’t what they ordered.
Perfect for being in a hurry. Got off the freeway and was right there. Drive though was fast. I was surprised by the price, but then again all fast food prices have gone up considerably. Total was 7min to get food and be back on the freeway.

I wasn't a fan of the restaurant being located within the gas station store.
Is the lobby open 24 hrs too or closed by 9 am like most restaurants ?
