There was a fire in the building right next to Jack in The box when I pulled in the parking lot. I have my son to call 911 and they hung up on Him. He called back then we went into Jack in The box and told them that the building next door was on fire. They just left us standing there in the lobby and ran outside to see. Then a cashier preceded to take our order. But under the circumstances everything was okay I enjoyed the two croissants one sausage and one bacon. They're always good all my life ever since they happen those croissants sandwiches are excellent.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The manager was quite rude and prioritized serving the six guests waiting in the lobby instead of attending to my cold mobile order. I had to ask her to hand it over to me directly. It's frustrating because the whole point of using mobile ordering is for the food to be ready for pickup, and my order being cold completely defeats that purpose. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning, as it seems they don't understand the importance of good customer service.
The restaurant offers fast food at very affordable prices, with many locations open 24 hours a day. The menu is simple and straightforward, and you can get breakfast items at any time. I come across these places all over the city, and they tend to have a consistent experience. There are sometimes minor variations in pricing, which I believe are influenced by location and the surrounding demographics.
I appreciated Ms.Joyce her patience and kindness. She was working the register and packing the customers orders as well. The point is she still had a smile on her face and provided great service to me and other customers waiting during morning rush. I command Doordash because I always taste better, but recently... The salad on these tacos was thrown on the side and heated with the tacos. No taco sauce and they're burned. Idk, if the employees forget the timer or don't like to work late, but I don't know what's going on.
