I visited this location and decided to go inside to place an order since the drive-thru was busy. I ordered two tacos, but it took nearly 10 minutes to receive them. When I finally got my tacos, I requested some salad dressing, and the manager, Carolina, informed me that the dressings were only for salads but offered me extra dipping sauces instead. I left feeling dissatisfied, and honestly, a bit frustrated. I won't return until they address these issues.
Jack in the Box is one of my favorite fast food restaurants because it offers a variety of items. However, at this location, the food was average—not particularly memorable. The customer service was decent, but the staff seemed distracted, as they were busy tending to their kids. As for the atmosphere, it felt a bit off with some questionable individuals hanging around. Overall, I wouldn't choose to come back.
Whenever I'm nearby, this is the only Jack in the Box I like to visit for a meal. They always serve food promptly, and the staff is incredibly friendly. On my last visit, I had a nice conversation with an employee during her break. She graciously offered to hold my food while I ate. I didn’t want to keep her from getting back on time, but I managed to finish my meal quickly, haha. It was such a kind gesture!
My cousin recently visited Jack In The Box and found the service quite disappointing. He even said it might have been better to go to Wienerschnitzel. Overall, I’d rate it 8 out of 8, indicating it’s not that great. Réservez une table maintenant
This is our favorite Jack In The Box in the area. The staff is great, well-trained, and they handle any mistakes that occasionally occur quickly and effectively.
This is my favorite Starbucks. The service is excellent, and they recognize my order as soon as I walk in. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.
Jack In The Box offers the most delicious chocolate shakes I’ve ever had, and I particularly enjoy the cherry topping paired with whipped cream.
