I tried to order tacos and potatoes wedges. They said they didn't have potatoes wedges and that the tacos was frozen. So I ordered 2 #4 on sourdough bread with two sprites with no ice. Get to the window and they hand me my sprites with ice of course. Everything else was in the bag. While ordering the lady seemed confused and I can hear someone in the background trying to correct her. They didn't give me a receipt, so idk who the cashier was. But they need to be trained more or fired!
space is hardly open. telefon doesn't work I was told that food in the regular cold and I went through the drive around 1830 at 18 o'clock and they announced that they were closed what people frustrated. I have paid for an article, but do not get that, as I found out, the phone does not work because I cried and it ringed and with nothing I did not go today to see a mgr because I was ti busy sonim out 5$
The employee who worked at 9:40 pm on 9/23/22 deserves a raise and a promotion. This location is known for not accepting orders after 8 or 9 pm, and when they do, the staff are usually rude and seem to take out their frustration on the food. However, they were very friendly today and prepared delicious food. I am very pleased with this experience.
Definitely need to pay more attention to the order screen and what customers have ordered. There is something missing or wrong every single time I go there. Employees need to drop there attitude at the door from what ever problems there having and remember to have better customer relations and be a bit friendlier. Réservez une table maintenant
I would advise against visiting this place in the morning or late at night. The customer service is exceptionally poor, with rude staff at the drive-thru. Additionally, they often aren't open during their posted hours—about 90% of the time, they claim to be closed when they should be open.
Absolutely the worst service ever. We just left there after ordering 8 tacos, chicken nuggets and curly fries with cheese. We got a spicy chicken sandwich, plain fries and 4 tacos. We also ordered milk shakes, but they at least told us they were out before doing a switcheroo.
We went through the drive-thru, and it was fast with excellent service. The food was piping hot. Although I probably won't be back since I live far away in a different city, everything we ordered was fantastic.
They’re a bit stingy with the ranch, but the Two Tacos were delicious, and the Classic Sauced Loaded Potato Wedges along with the Large Sweet Tea were excellent. Réservez une table maintenant
I used to work at Jack In The Box—not at this location specifically—but the fact that I still eat there says enough. That should be all you need to know.
