I changed my review because as of lately they stopped doing the mobile orders through it the app. They've done it for the longest time and now it's not available anymore I can no longer get any deals from the app because their store specifically chooses to decline mobile orders and I feel it is done on purpose.EDIT as of 2.5.22Food quality has been nice and app has worked since then but for a week it was down. But my only complaint really is that they keep forgetting my food. I got 5 years experience at Del Taco and I made sure to never forget food. With prices rising on everything its not fun to lose stuff you paid for. Only reason I didn't come back for my food was that its 12AM. But in th...

Since the first time I walked in I was treated with kindness and respect. These commodities are rare these days indeed. Evelyn , on this occasion was very kind and cordial and friendly. Her positive attitude is infectious and a breath of fresh air. I will come back and see if it is a continuous process or a one time thing. Thank you for a wonderful experience dining at jacks house. I went to this restaurant and the service was quick. The ice cream was delicious and the three pieces of ice roll were served hot. I enjoyed my lunch. Thank you for the great experience.

I had the worst jalapeño poppers ever. However, the Sourdough Jack was still pretty good. The pepper was terrible, like it came from a frozen batch.

What is the resent to have a restaurant if you not able to eat in. Only out side orders. Closer is no point to having open.Not good experience.
