This place is really disappointing. You've raised your prices under the pretense that it's necessary to support your employees, and while I get that they deserve fair wages, it doesn’t seem right to increase prices while also cutting portion sizes. I ordered a teriyaki bowl and only got five pieces of chicken, plus a smaller portion of rice than usual. That’s just not acceptable! I also got a breakfast sandwich, and the egg wasn’t even a full egg. This is ridiculous! To the corporate folks at Jack's, there’s a special place in hell for those who are greedy and dishonest.
I went at 10pm on Tuesday night. There were parking spaces right outside. More spaces in the shared parking lot. It was quiet, and clean. The cashier helped me with my online order. He was patient. They even have outlets there to charge your phone. Wow! I had a pleasant experience at The Jack in the Box on Hickey and El Camino Real. The only drawback of dining here is that orders can only be placed via the drive-thru. I've noticed people attempting to walk up to the front door, only to discover they can't enter to make an order. The food is tasty, and the drive-thru line moves fairly well, but I do feel sorry for those who try to walk in to place their order.
The drive-thru stays open late, and the lines were short. The service was quick. I tried the new Cluck chicken sandwich for the first time, and it was just average. It could really use some lettuce and/or tomato to add crunch and moisture to each bite.

They are closed for walk in. Only drive through was available at the site. I usually don't do drive in because don't like to communicate through the speaker. However the guy who takes my order was easy to talk to and no miscommunication.
The gentleman at the restaurant was very kind! The tacos were fresh and delicious. I happened to give him $3, and there was a slight difference of 2 cents. He returned $1 to me and said to catch him next time! What a classy gesture!
The Jumbo Egg Rolls (3) were delicious and very tasty. The two tacos were good as well, but it would have been nice if they had provided some taco sauce packets.
The chicken dish was fantastic, and I have to say, the Avocado Lime sauce exceeded my expectations! Everything with my order was perfect!

I received my drink with ice, despite requesting it without any.
