The drive-thru service was quick, the food was delicious, and the overall service was satisfactory. My only complaint is that many items on the menu had signs indicating they were unavailable. Regarding the franchise, this is one of my favorite locations, mainly because it's open 24/7 and doesn’t require me to wait elsewhere for my food when I order from the drive-thru, unlike the Hayward location on Mission Blvd.
I recently ordered a small portion of spicy popcorn chicken and two tacos from this restaurant. Unfortunately, the small container of popcorn chicken was only filled halfway. The tacos were also cold and soggy. Next time, I will have to be more vigilant like I do at McDonald's and check my order before leaving the drive-thru window.
Hello, I was disappointed to discover that although the restaurant is advertised as open 24 hours, it was actually closed until 6 AM. It would be beneficial to update the hours online or take down the misleading paper sign. This kind of false advertising is quite frustrating.
The staff at this restaurant was unhelpful and inattentive, and my order was incorrect twice. On a positive note, there was ample parking available. Unfortunately, the restrooms were not clean. Réservez une table maintenant

I had a disappointing experience at this fast food restaurant in Castro Valley. I had to wait over 10 minutes for my order, and they consistently forget to add the condiments I asked for.
Curly fries! In my opinion, Jack In The Box is one of the better fast food chains. And their ranch is the best among fast food options.
