This was my first visit to a jack in the box restaurant, we didn't have it in Canada, I tried the Ribeye Burger Combo with rings, a taco a pumpkin spice shake. Overall, the food was very good, the service was pretty good, could have been better, but I mean, it's fast food so you somehow expect the staff a little aloof. The Taco was delicious, the Panko onion rings were amazing, the burger was quite dry, and the snake was REALLY thick!!! Would you recommend at least try it if you've never been. I wish I was longer to visit so I could try a few more of the menu items.
I came in at 1:00 am the girls were extremely rude and talking and did not take my order through the speaker until I spoke up I told me to wait never got my order taken had to back up in the driver thru to get out since there was only 2 cars Infront of meworst jack?s hopefully they close it down or get new employees!
The night shift workers have a bad attitude and don't give complete orders and when you tell them that it's fast, they bother you and take a while to complete the order. I think that's why they don't have clients at night.
Very bad customer service. The staff members get angry moody when you ask for something else.Sometimes they mess up the orders.They also over charge from the orders. Worsest Jack ever. Don't recommend this place to anyone.

I had an excellent experience at Jack In The Box. The food was tasty, and Jonathan at the drive-thru was super friendly, offering outstanding service, especially for the late hour. He truly deserves a raise!
Bad, horrible,terrible service!!! and the food is horrible too it's like throwing your money away and you let them know and all they do is be sarcastic...and with bad attitude..
I visited the drive-thru at 1:30 AM, but the staff member informed me that they were closed, even though their website indicates a closing time of 2 AM.
The food was served hot and fresh, and the server provided efficient service.
