Sooooo I'm thoroughly disappointed... I was visiting family at the local Kaiser Permanente.. and decided to get some food.. ima a huge Jack foodie... as the pic states I ordered tiny tacos egg roll a milk tea boba w/t a cheesecake, never received the correct sauces. I ordered a sweet and sour for my roll... never received it nor the avo sauce for the tacos... ate the roll as is cause I was sooo hungry but couldn't eat the tacos as they really need the sauce to eat em... just dissatisfied and disappointed ? ? ?

I got terrible experience 3x in a row. They give me the wrong salad topping and dressing on two occasions. The first time it was just completely the wrong salad. Chicken was not cut up (not sure if everywhere cuts chicken for you) and one time I ordered a meatless burrito and they charged me more than the regular price. The food is good. I love Jack-in-the-box but sadly I will not be coming to this location anymore.

I ordered two meals. The fries were lukewarm and only halfway filled. The chicken strips were delicious. The cheeseburger was decent, but a bit too heavy on the condiments. There seemed to be some issue in the kitchen as the order took a long time to be ready.

We ordered our food online, but when we got to the restaurant, they asked us to wait for 5 minutes. We were then told to park our car and ended up waiting for over 20 minutes. Réservez une table maintenant

A shorter woman wearing glasses who may be a manager was not helpful. She confused my order of a cheeseburger with a fish sandwich and was very rude about it.

Visited this location 3/26/2024 about 5:50am. Dining room was not open yet and the drive thru was allowing walk ups at the drive thru. Not safe!
