In 1798 took this place on Park Row is ridiculous it looks as if they had the burger out of the garbage I don't lie, I don't know why I didn't make a picture, everything went into the garbage trying to call the phone to talk to the manager four times, and it's just going on, I would really give up on this place if you want Jack in the box please go out for one. Pioneer Parkway might have you a better chance, maybe they could also screw up, but not as bad as those who are on Park Row
I just wanted to correct the manager name on park-line jack in the box is very dissuasive, I asked what took so long and she answered,IF you don't like it here can You go somewhere else, so I went to dinner and I asked who the manager was and there was a lady eating in dinner and she answered me, I asked her how you treat your customers, again she replied IF she would not go as it was
Rude employees. They sound very unhappy to be at work and don’t care or they’re high that’s why they mumble and are slow. They pick and choose what they are serving and to who. The person in front of me ordered a shake but when I ordered one after waiting in line for 30 mins they said they weren’t making shakes. Then my husband found a hair in his food. All around bad service.

I was definitely not happy with my order. The taco shells were all broken, the cheese wasn’t melted or anything, barely any meat, and my fries were cold. I called them and told them that I was not happy with my order and that they should do it better next time. Jack in the box please get your business straight.
When I walked in I knew I came to the right location. I was greeted with cleanliness and a happy hello and how can WE help you. Did care for the ? sprite so I got the Fanta ?. And they knew how to apply the coupons.
Order some food omw home from work and didn't get my taco's. Got my taco sauce tho. It was like 230 in the morning. I'm pretty sure dude that walked up to the drive thru got his order correct.
Bad really bad. I still haven't go back for my milkshake that was forgotten.When I get there hope they don't act like a foul to get my milk shake I pay for. Réservez une table maintenant
