This is the worst experience I have ever had at Jack in the Box. I placed an online order, something I have never had a problem with before, but when I went to pick it up, I was told at the front counter that they had no record of my order despite the app charging my card and sending me a receipt via email. When I tried to show proof of my order, I was told there was nothing they could do and speaking to a manager would be pointless. The older lady serving me also became loud and rude, insisting that there was nothing she could do. This morning, I received an email saying my order had been cancelled for no reason. I will never return to this Jack in the Box and will not recommend it to anyon...
I should have known. I'm not here all year because the service is always terrible. The commands are always wrong and if they are open, they pretend to be closed. And against my better judgment I went back there tonight, and behold, my order was wrong. I Google them so I can call them to let them know they have it wrong, but of course the phone is separated. Great Jack in the box. I left a comment on the revenue survey, but obviously nothing had changed. Idk, if that will do anything at all, but at least I could vent my frustrations. Prepared to add: the chicken sandwich had Ranch instead of Mayo. I don't like ranch. Complete waste of time and money.
We waited for 30 minutes and while most of our order was getting cold they were waiting on fries . Food was cold when we got home. I spoke with the manager Jerry and he did not care at all. I am not sure what he said as he walked away but it was clearly something not nice and he couldn 't care less. Workers seemed to complain about not enough help but the problem seemed to be the disorganized way they were running orders. Told you I would write a review Jerry. Ordered at 6:47 and didn 't get food until 7:30.
Service was more than horrible. One car in front of me and when I ordered no confirmation only silence. Get to the window and sat for almost 4 minutes staringa at empty window. Finally someone came only to find out they didn 't even have my DRINK ONLY order in the system. When I asked the cashier to confirm the address of the location his response, you would have to ask my manager as he blew me off and walked away.

i went through the drive through with my dad at 10pm and i asked for 4 jack tacos with no taco sauce, lady at the drive thru speaker was nice, and the guy at the window was good too, he even knew spanish so he communicates well with my dad. tacos were SOOOOOOO GOOD ?
Make sure to try the large egg rolls at this restaurant! They are always served hot. I like to dip mine in sweet and sour sauce, but they are delicious on their own as well. I never visit this place without ordering them. They are just so tasty!
In the past rude. The son went last night. The cashier mixed the order of the son. Son still told him about price three times, n they didn't want to fix the problem. In the price, he gave him no reception. Smh

Takes them a 5 min to notice your waiting on them. I'll order on ap. 20 mins later we get there there not done with my food and no one is in drive threw or in restaurant. Food is good.
I had it the last time I came to the game it was delicious but this one was very bad. The burger was cold.
