If I ask about a menu item and have to repeat myself three times only to receive a response in broken, fragmented English, I’m likely to just drive away. I don’t have the time for this confusion. Customizing an order is equally frustrating; it will just take another five minutes to explain what I want. And if you’re thinking of ordering a new item from the menu, don’t bother—most staff won’t even know what it is, even if it’s a recent addition. I appreciate the attempt to upsell a combo, but if I clearly say I just want the sandwich and you continue to push the combo, it becomes quite irritating....
I ordered through the app, got there they were closed, hours not correct on the app. Spoke to the manager Aaron who told me to come in for a full refund... cool beans except when I got there the woman claiming to be the manager refused to give me my money back, even though I provided her with my order number and confirmation email. I visited this drive-thru location for the first time while passing through after an hour of driving. At around 4:30 PM on January 18, 2024, the manager on duty, Faustin, refused to give me an extra condiment with my order unless I paid 75 cents for BBQ sauce. He insisted I was only entitled to one condiment. This was shocking, as I've never encountered such a stringent policy at other locations. It makes me wonder if this branch is struggling financially, as the staff seemed quite unfriendly. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to others. It's jacket a box so you know it's fast just food but one thing about this Jack in the box is that there fountain drinks are absolutely delicious. They have the right amount of fizz to taste they are absolutely great for a soft drink so if you don't mind fast food this Jack in the box is a place to go but if you really want a good fountain drink come to this Jack in the box you won't be disappointed I always go for the Coke 0 great drink over ice on a hot day.

The are very deaf I asked for something and they couldn’t hear me and I talked louder and still couldn’t hear me very bad because they kept rushing me and I said I was looking at the menu and the person kept saying got ur order and they take a long time I would not recommending to go here they don’t even give eye contact to you as they are always having a not happy face DONT GO TO THERE
The food was nothing out of the ordinary, just heavily garnished with lettuce and condiments. The service was average, with staff who spoke broken English and seemed to lack professionalism, often asking repetitive questions about what I wanted. Overall, it was a rather unremarkable experience.
My first here was not good, because it took 20 mins of waiting for my order. No explanation and no apology on their part. And recently i went back here because its near to our place, no improvement on customer service. Staffs are not friendly. Not even a short smile and greetings.
Didn't walk inside visited via drive thru only. But the staff was friendly, quick, got everything in our order correct so no issues. I'll be going back some other time.
