I had a disappointing experience at Jack In The Box. My order was incomplete, and the so-called manager refused to resolve the issue. I plan to contact the district manager about this matter. The manager was not only rude but also disrespectful while chatting and laughing with others in the store. I'll be sure to let the district manager know how his staff treats customers and fails to take responsibility. My friend was excited to try the menu, but instead, we had to deal with an unpleasant situation.

Stop for a quick bite to eat at lunch time. On a time crunch so we decided to stop in. Service was quick and friendly. Good came ready pretty quickly. It was prepared correctly and was very hot. The only bad thing was the restroom. It had those stupid push down for water and wear not working properly. So you had to do your best to scrub up, quickly press with one hand and rinse other one. The food at Jack In The Box was terrible. I ordered the sourdough jack, which is usually well-grilled at other locations, but here it was served barely warm and of poor quality. I requested the bacon to be extra cooked, but it arrived nearly raw. The headquarters should definitely review this location. For now, I recommend avoiding this Jack In The Box; the menu here is disappointing.

The food at Jack in the Box was just what you'd expect, but my rating is low because they forgot an entire chicken sandwich, straws, and napkins in my drive-thru order. I know mistakes happen, but I was really looking forward to that second chicken sandwich since I was quite hungry. The food I did get was pretty good, though that might have been because I was so hungry when I ate it.
During Covid they close the dining area. I don't have a problem with that. However this stops people on foot from being able to purchase food. Only peoplewithcarscan order and eat? Even local Panda Express allows walk ins. Or at least change the law so people can pick up their orders from a drive thru window.
