I placed my order at the drive-thru, and there was no one in line. After ordering, I pulled up to the window to pay, but I was asked to wait in front with three other cars. Fifteen minutes later, they finally brought me a bag of food. When I got home, I discovered it was the wrong order. I drove back and waited another 15 minutes. I haven't had Jack in the Box in about a year, and now I remember why. It just feels like a restaurant with no standards.
