Feb 11, 2024. I went through the drive thru and they told me they were only doing mobile orders. I don’t have the time to waste to download an app and order my food when I’m already at the drive thru, what’s the point of having one if your gonna tell people that you’re only doing mobile orders. This is not how you run a business. Also i don’t know who they hire but every single time i ask for no mustard they put mustard, it’s like if they have no clue what’s going on around them. Bad service and employees are not respectful. 0/10

Carry out service was terrible. An order was 7 to 9 minutes And it took 20 minutes to get out and we went to drive through because nobody came out to give us our order. What somebody else got their order to carry out. Before us. We went to drive through and passed through that employee. The employee was rude gave the order and shut the window and turn his back on us at not even to say I'm sorry for the lateness

I went around 12pm and ordered 4 tacos and a popcorn chicken box. I ordered spicy popcorn chicken they gave me regular, also didn’t even give me any sauce for the tacos after telling them at the speaker. The workers where to busy playing instead of paying attention to the orders

I mean i know money is pretty tight everywhere, I know we are doing in big cut backs. But this is ridiculous, half of what I paid for! Not happy. Still hungry and angry enough to post a one star. If I could I’d post a no star
