Jack In The Box - Réserver une table

I placed an online order through the app, and when I arrived, a woman informed me that the lobby was closed. I explained that my driver's side door and window wouldn’t open, but she still refused to give me the food I had paid for. I called the location to speak with a manager and was told that she only speaks Spanish and that I would need to go to the website to request a refund. I definitely will not be returning to this restaurant.

I had a wonderful experience! The drive-thru person was especially fantastic working on Christmas morning. She was cheerful and friendly with everyone, and I could hear her giving instructions behind me. That’s all there is to say!

For a place that claims to be open 24 hours, I've visited multiple times after 10 PM and found all the doors locked with no response. Perhaps it's time for them to update their hours or get their operations sorted out!

I ordered from DoorDash, and the food I received was definitely not fresh. It seemed like it had been sitting out for a while, and my tacos were dry with no sauce at all. I'm really not satisfied!

always make eating wrong here they have to hire good employees who can understand what people order
