Hello everyone! It was my first visit to this restaurant, and I decided on the Stacked Grilled Cheeseburger Munchie Meal, which is only available after 9 PM since it's classified as a late-night snack. For just $6, the meal included a burger, fries, two tacos, and a drink. The cheeseburger, fries, and drink were all fantastic! Unfortunately, the tacos were not suitable to eat; they seemed like they might have been made earlier in the day. Aside from that, everything else was delicious! The line moved swiftly, and the staff were friendly.
As noted by other reviewers, we were taken aback by the $0.20 charge for a buttermilk ranch dipping sauce—really? To add to our frustration, we were also asked to move our car back by five feet in the drive-thru to avoid being on the sensor/timing plate. Quite classy, don't you think? We were the only car and customers at the restaurant at that time. This experience fell far short of our already low expectations for fast food. Well done. That $0.20 charge has definitely lost this Jack in the Box a customer, and we won’t be coming back.
This overnight team is the worst! The food is always lacking freshness, and the staff member sounds dazed and mumbles her words. It's consistently cold, whether I order through DoorDash or pick it up myself—it’s always disappointing. Since I get off work late, it’s my only option, but I really can’t stand it! The quality has definitely gone down.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff were quite rude and unhelpful. I ordered six tacos, but they arrived still frozen in the middle and not even browned. When I tried to return them, the employees were reluctant to replace them, although they eventually did. On a positive note, the curly fries were delicious.

The food here is of great quality, but for some reason, they consistently forget at least one item from my mobile orders. It's not worth the drive back and spending gas to sit in the drive-thru just to retrieve something I should have received initially. Due to the issues with order accuracy, I’m giving this place 3 stars.
The team at this JnB is exceptional. They handle the late-night crowd better than any other fast-food restaurant I've seen. They truly go above and beyond. For example, there was a time when I showed interest in their cheesecake, and the staff member at the window offered me a sample. I’m now a devoted fan for life!
New policy: they now charge 20 cents for ranch with tacos, but this isn't mentioned on the menu. I had to swipe my card again just for a single ranch dressing. Plus, this is how my tacos looked. I won’t be coming back to this place. It’s clear they don’t care about the quality of their food.
This was my first visit, and I won't be going back. The food was cold, and our sourdough burgers were more like roasted barley. The tea was unpleasant, and the fries were cold and hard. We’re city folk who enjoy trying new places, but this experience was a complete waste of money.

All I can say is WOW!!! They welcomed us, which was a nice touch, but after that, the experience became quite unprofessional.
The burgers are absolutely delicious, and I'm a big fan of their menu!
