Tue 12/26, 445pm drive thru . No tacos and no butter milk ? . I ordered a sourdough Jack and 7 piece jalapeño poppers. The sandwich was fine, but the poppers were a mixture of freshly fried and refried. The refried ones majorly sucked and were a waste of money. Do I need to request a freshly made order so I don’t get served recooked ones? What a disappointment. Not sure that I can continue to gamble money at this location. Best location thus far is in Union City by the freeway .

The staff were hiding in the back and no one was taking orders. They should be replaced. The drive-thru area was very dirty, which was quite unpleasant.

The employees are very kind. They give very good service, the food is always fresh at this Jack's and it has my recommendation with 5 points

It says it opens at 5am door were shut after 7am and didn't care to look when I was banging on the door. Didn't get a refund nor my food. Réservez une table maintenant
