Asked for 2 ranches at the speaker and they gave me 1. I waited 5 min and they didn?t come back to the window so I went back to the speaker for 1 more ranch. He said they have to charge for ranch now I said okay that?s fine. He gave the head set to themanager and she said I have to order something to get one I said I just did I waited at the window for what I asked for and theydidn?t comply with me because they?re rude and STINGY. This wasn?t the first time they were being rude either.
I went through the drive-thru and found that the Smash Jack was unavailable. I ordered a Sourdough Jack meal with curly fries and a chicken teriyaki bowl for a total of $23. Unfortunately, the Sourdough Jack was quite dry around the edges, but the curly fries were delicious. The staff was friendly, though!
The service was bad mistakes were made .and when I ordered a shake it was 2 3rds full..I drove back then she said I'll fill it up..it was pretty much. Full..well this is a full review.treat customers better .other staff members were more polite and aware.
The chick is lucky I wasn?t her boss. If she did her F? job I wouldn?t of been back in there. Then her manager was a coward to address the issue. She didn?t hand me the receipt, couldn?t give my order right and want to have an attitude with me! Réservez une table maintenant
Horrible. I went there to order a milkshake. Went thru the drive thru and waited 10mins. And the car in front of me was still waiting to pay. Waited another 6mins still nothing. So backed up and left drive thru. Its supposed to be fast food.
The order is taking so long and the foods is not good, kind of over cooked. Couple of customer left without getting any service, nobody is in the cashier area. The homeless people just step in and get the drinks from the machine.
This one sucks. I got the spicy tenders.. tenders were hard. They left them in too long. Tasted weird too. And their sprite doesn't even taste Ike sprite and it's flat as well. Never coming back to this one.
I stop by Jack in the Box for their Oreo milkshakes. The flavor and texture of the milkshake are superior to those at other fast food places. Réservez une table maintenant
I stopped by for some strawberry milkshakes. They were a bit too thick, but still tasty!
