My experience was eventful. I 'm sitting at the drive-thru order speaker, and I 've been given more than enough time (5+ min) to decide exactly what I 'm going to order. When the drive-thru attendant finally gets the time to ask what I would like without hesitation, I belt it out. Then, as I 'm finishing up, an old lady in her 70s decides to pull up so close to my car that I can 't go forward. She rolls her window down, and I see her look at the menu. I tell myself ok she 's old. I keep my composure. Then, once she apparently had decided what she would like, she pulled ahead of me in the line and, once at the window, told the drive-thru attendant I was blocking the drive-thru. So, the attend...
We went in wanting some food like anyone else and apparently the menu they had out was for lunch and dinner not breakfast. We ordered a couple of burgers and a biscuit and bacon sandwich. They told me I ordered a sausage biscuit 3 times and me being perplexed asked why and they said what do you mean? You ordered that. I said no I ordered my burgers that 's on the menu out here. They then proceeded to tell me that I 'm wrong and they 're menu was what it was supposed to be which we disagreed one girl left because she was mad at me saying well please fix your sign the manager then came up to me and was arguing with me that I should pay for my food that I did not order. I ordered a chicken sandwich. The man right before me brought his chicken sandwich back saying he asked for it without pickles. The employee opened his sandwich with his bare hands, looked at it, closed it back up, wrapped it up and put it on my tray. My coworker also got a completely different order than what he had ordered. Don't mean to be critical, but the staff was struggling, they don't seem to have a solid process for managing orders, but the staff was friendly and just trying to do their job. The food was good and I will try Jack's again next time I'm passing thru. Service: Dine in
