The husband has been on a mission for decades to find a Detroit deep pan pizza that matches one he had in the 80’s, he has finally found it with Jacks Pizza. Personally I was a little apprehensive as I’m not keen on deep pan, but Jacks pizzas are amazing, with a light and fluffy base, delicious parmesan crunchy crust and very tasty toppings. We were lucky enough to meet Jack himself, a really nice guy who has clearly done extensive research and adapts to continuously strive to improve his pizzas, not that he needs to.
