UPDATED REVIEW: Ordered turkey sandwich which we asked for cranberry sauce on it. They didn't do it but gave us some on the side. Turkey was flavorless and bland UPDATE: After communicating with store rep and receiving a gracious refund from our lastexperience, we decided to give JUE another shot. Well I must say the food was amazing and the service was stellar!! We bothordered versions of tri-tip sandwich and shared a plate of garlic fries! Amazing, fresh, hot and, DELICIOUS!! 5 STARS for sure!Thanks again! We shall return!!
Chicken Cesar salad was magnificent! Romain nice crispy with no wilting or discolored pieces! Portion of chicken was adequate as well as the parmesan cheese ration. Do not miss out on their garlic fries!! Just don't plan on going back to the office afterthese gems!! There's chunks of delicious garlic almost the same diameter as the fries themselves! Ohhhh the garlic!! Plenty perfectly mated. I absolutely love the salad fries here, sweet potato fries are also magnificent!! So much more delicious foodhere as well.
the order was clumsy. my wife wanted the BBQ sauce for her tri-tip sandwich on the side. the co-worker disputed and said that sandwich comes dry and has no sauce. it took too long until three employees sorted out. salates, sides and meals came in separate deliveries with long waiting times in between. the salate of my wife did not come 15 minutes after the main dish. the first time in this jack. other experiences (at folsom) were quite good.
The salad at this restaurant is made with very fresh ingredients and is incredibly delicious. I really enjoyed it. Bringing your own option is worth it. The Mac and cheese was decent, but could have used more cheese. The staff was friendly and efficient. It may be a bit challenging to find parking, but it's not impossible. They also offer outdoor seating on a patio. Overall, it's a pretty good place.

The food was really good and the girl at the register was amazing. I wish I took her name! But she was super helpful, friendly and let me sample the blue cheese because I was skeptical about trying it with the frys! The frys weren't a single bit spicysince I left the pepper flakes out but technically it was supposed to have spicy oil on them so I'm not sure if they added Thator not.
The food is always pretty good. The service absolutely sucks. I'm amazed how long it takes to get your food and nothing comes out at the same time. I'll get my meal and it will be 5 more minutes before my wife's gets hers. For what you pay this is unacceptable, but at this point it's totally expected. It's been the same way for years now. ?
Local California chain with amazing fresh food. Sandwiches are the highlight, but you can also choose your own salads as well as choose from a good selection of Jack created salads. Your mission and bbq is very good if you have such a desire. This location offers good outdoor seating for those who enjoy an open air conditioning.
corey is an excellent person and can provide such a positive experience in 10 minutes. this location is great with the energy this mannes and the whole crew was just a great time and good to work and sing ready to close.

They’re pretty good. Pricey for what you get and the food can be a bit inconsistent. It’s a bunch of 20 somethings that run the place and it often shows.
Fast friendly service, had lunch with my wife and 2 daughters. Healthy choices. It's a nice change from greasy burgers.
