eating is great. my question was the service. how many restaurants, jack’s has a touchscreen that they need to deal with when paying them, asking how much they want to tap. I have tipped 15% that jack’s is a counter-service restaurant (in contrast to a waiter.) I ordered a sandwich and my friend ordered a chicken plate. first they commanded me not to bring our food together. when my order was delivered, I asked after having smiled and the coworker said, forks and knives are in the restaurant what? independent of my tipp, did they not think to bring fork and knives for a plate of chickens, carrots and vegetables? and then I wanted to get it myself? on a super slow Tuesday with hardly anyone i...
The food is good and feels high quality for how casual it is. It's definitely on the pricey side though and the protein portions are usually on the tinier side. They are generous with the vegetables though. I usually like getting the salads cause they're huge and they give you a lot of different toppings and their tri tip is also quite good.
a quiet standby for me because it is close and has delicious, interesting offers and sides. it is a little more than I would like to pay for a casual meal, but I always do it because of the high-quality ingredients, fast service and friendly staff. and close.
A wide variety of pre-designed and make-your-own salads and dinner plates in a laid back, counter order atmosphere. We enjoyed the Greek Chicken salad, Steak salad, and Tri-tip plate. Quick, affordable, flavorful, with fresh ingredients.

We ate at the Jacks in the Sacramento Airport. The beef was nothing but gristle. It was terrible. If I had not been in a hurry to catch my flight I would have returned it. Very overpriced for the poor quality.
Don’t order the ahi salad. The tuna is low grade and it is seared then re-chilled. Also, dressing was advertised as vinegar but it’s was too sweet. Tasted was similar to eating salad with maple syrup.
Been by it a hundred times and it wasn't until a pal took me there for lunch that I became impressed. Delicious sandwiches..very efficient, nice outside dining area.
Lovely restaurant. I've eaten the week here for 5 days! great staff. the energy feels good when you walk on this place.
