Ordered delivery the other night. Was told 35mins for delivery and it took about 1hr 20mins. Every time I called the lady hung up on me saying “1 second! 1 second!” On the theID call I said I wanted my money back and she just kept repeating he's outside.. finally I get the food (at least it wasn’t cold) and the taste was not there. My expectations for Chinese food are low because it usually all tastes the same but this was beyond anything I’ve had! The triple delight Beef,Chicken,Shrimp only had 1 shrimp in it! ? I really don’t know where these positive reviews came from because the whole experience was atrocious! First and absolute last time ordering from their!
I really wanted to enjoy my experience at this restaurant, especially since I received recommendations on Facebook. I ordered the General Tso chicken, but instead of a full serving, I only got a few pieces of chicken tossed in sauce for my $8.75 order. The presentation was lacking, and the portion size looked as if someone had already taken a bite out of it, despite the fact that I picked it up myself. While the lady who served me was very sweet, I just can't overlook the quality, especially if this is what they serve on a slow day.
My family and I usually order from this restaurant, and the food is always excellent. However, today we had a different experience because it seems they had a new cook, and the food was disappointing. I'm not holding this against them, but it’s clear that the quality of a restaurant's food is heavily dependent on the chef. I hope they take this as a lesson not to cut corners when it comes to their kitchen staff.
Love love love this place! Food is always fresh! The lady behind the counter is so nice! Got my dad onto to this place and it’s now his favorite Chinese food spot! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Fantastic quality food with super nice owners. I drive out of my way just to go to Jade Garden. I highly recommend them.
Unfresh food. The food here is consistently stale, which is why I won't be ordering from here anymore...
