Jalaram Thali Wembley Ealing Road London: We have been to Jalaram Thali three times. Our first visit was pleasant. However, on our second visit, the food was cold and when we complained, the staff were rude and unhelpful. Despite this, we decided to give it one last try. When we arrived, we were directed to the Thali place in the basement after visiting the Jalaram sweet mart upstairs. We wanted to have lunch and used the washrooms before inquiring about their thali options. We had a discussion about our food allergies and requested to eat upstairs where we could choose curry that suited our dietary restrictions. The waitress accused us of only wanting to use the washroom and was very impoli...
I had an incredible dining experience at Jalaram Sweet Sumpf with my parents who are visiting from India. They absolutely loved the traditional Indian cuisine found at this restaurant. The food had an unforgettable taste that my parents now want to visit every day. The staff was very friendly and provided quick service. The prices were reasonable for the quality of food we received. I must say that the traditional dishes had a great taste and were worth the money. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for delicious Indian food.
My family and I went to the restaurant to purchase some sweets. I ordered items like kajukatli, savory snacks, and jalebi. However, while the guy was packaging the kajukatli, he sneezed directly on it, which was extremely unhygienic and disgusting. I left without making a purchase and decided never to return. The restaurant should adhere to proper hygiene standards as required by the country's regulations.
The Thali Place is tucked away in the basement, and they should work on promoting it better as we stumbled upon it by chance. While some of the dishes we tried were decent, the pani puri was disappointing. The photos of the four different thalis all looked the same, which was misleading. Ms. Komal, who served us, was polite and helpful.

Phenomenal experience. Top notch food, atmosphere, and staff. Have been here multiple times, and every time is an amazing experience all around. I always take my out of town guests here, as the food is always superb. Definitely a lifetime customer!
