I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for over two years, always ordering the same vegan dish. They offer two vegan options, but I prefer the Vegan Scramble over the S 'west Platter, which is made with soft flour tacos that I don't care for. The Vegan Scramble comes with fried hash browns, toast (make sure to request whole grain), and you have to ask for it to be made dry to stay vegan. The parsley sauce that comes with the scramble is delicious and is best mopped up with the toast. The scramble is packed with sun-dried tomatoes, onions, broccoli, and turmeric-infused tofu for a golden color. I always ask for extra veggies and less tofu, and the staff is always accommodating. This is the best breakfast spot on Long Island. The Eggs Benedict are always delicious, and the chicken salad sandwich is fantastic. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect 5 rating.
