I have been a customer for years and yes there was when I thought I was gonna find another restaurant to go to because of attitude and because I felt like I was getting very little meat and lots of rice. So , I stayed away for a while. Now, I decide to come back but sit in the car while my husband go in the restaurant. It took him so long to come out and when he finally does come out he was so pissed. I'm like what happened? He said the woman that was behind the counter was sitting there eating and sucked her teeth because she had to get up and serve him. I was upset with my husband and told him he should've walked out. That's it , as much money and as many restaurants that I pass to get to...

food is amazing! all of it anything chef cooks up is outstanding. staff is awesome and quick and on top of that the music on their speakers is always on point. The food tastes good and the staff is always pleasant. Which is hugh because most servers in Jamaican restaurants always have an attitude. I just which they had more on the menu. For Thanksgiving, we got their coconut pineapple cake. Let me tell you, this is one of THE BEST cakes I've ever had anywhere. It was perfectly moist, had this mild yet addicting flavor and texture, and it wasn't too sweet. I'll be ordering this again for Xmas and will request it at my wedding. Kudos to the bakers!!! the food is amazing but the service is terrible, they ignore the phones, and will cancel orders after they've been place. i was on the phone placing an order, the call got cut and now my calls are being forwarded. the customer service is just bad.

Food is good but why the workers especially the lady with the dreads always have attitude.If you hate your job that much why give people poor customer service...Get another job if every morning you wake up and go to work MISERABLE...
