My father also made an attempt to open the door, but it was definitely locked. We waited briefly to see if they might let us in, and we would have gladly given them a tip if they had. Unfortunately, they ignored us, so we ended up leaving. The sign indicated that they close at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, but since it was only 7:34 p.m. when we checked, we were disappointed that they had already locked the door. It seems like the staff may not be very attentive to the business's hours. This incident occurred on 08/16/2022 at 7:34 p.m. If the store does indeed close before 8 p.m., I apologize for the negative review and hope they are able to update the hours on the sign.
I visited Jamba during my lunch break today to try their menu. Unfortunately, I waited 15 minutes in the lobby area with no staff attending to customers. I could hear employees chatting about personal matters in the back, and when I called out "hello?" no one came to assist me. Since I was limited on time, I had to leave. Very disappointed with the customer service at Jamba.
Earline and Nyah at Jamba Juice we’re amazing. Customer service was phenomenal. My partner and I came to this location from another state. We don’t get Jamba Juice very often so to our surprise when there was something we didn’t like, we were taken care of with kindness. On top of everything, the music was great! Very pleased with my experience and we will be back.
The atmosphere this morning was absolutely perfect. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I’m thoroughly satisfied with my Jamba Juice—this is definitely one of the best locations I've been to in Sacramento. The store is spotless, and the team worked efficiently and cheerfully. The outdoor seating area is also a fantastic place to unwind.

Earline and Nyah at Jamba Juice were fantastic. The customer service was outstanding. My partner and I traveled from another state and don’t get Jamba Juice often, so when we encountered something we didn’t like, they handled it with genuine kindness. Plus, the music was excellent! I’m very happy with my experience and we will definitely be returning.
Jamba makes an excellent smoothie and the staff are very friendly. I usually order the protein blueberry with almond milk and pea protein powder—so delicious! I also appreciate that Jamba respects my smoothie preferences, unlike some other locations (like Roseville). Their menu has great options for everyone!
The staff at Jamba is fantastic. They serve everyone promptly and clearly work well as a team. I only wish the restaurant were a bit more spacious, as it felt a little cramped with all the kids who came in while I was there. The menu offers a great variety to choose from.
