I'm really frustrated with this Jamba Juice. Every time I visit, they're either out of toppings for the bowls or missing ingredients for the PB Chocolate Love smoothie. I stopped by today at 6:15 PM and was the only customer in the store. It took a few minutes to make my smoothie, and when I finally got it, it was completely off. It tasted like chocolate milk—watery and lacking any peanut butter or banana flavor. As someone who has worked in the food industry, it's disheartening that they don't communicate when they’re out of ingredients for a smoothie. This place was a RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE!I ordered via mobile app. I asked about my order 30 minutes and they left me waiting for nothing.I had asked again and they removed it from their freezer and apologized.This place was busy but they did not pay attention to me the first time when I asked for my mobile order.NEVER COMIMG BACK TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.The others after me had their orders BEFORE ME! Mine was already made but yet they don't ask me for my name or figure out to give me my order.Very disorganized and very bad! TOO CROWDED FOR A SUNDAY!!!!NEVER EVER COMIMG HERE AGAIN!!!
The service was excellent, and my order arrived in a reasonable amount of time—no complaints there. The ambiance is quite simple; there isn't any seating, just some rails to place your smoothie on. I suspect this is intentional, as the place is geared towards quick takeout rather than a sit-down dining experience.
What the heck! This is messed up, every time I go to a jamba juice i always get a full portion, this is not worth my money. When I asked the worker why so little he said that's how they serve it. I love jamba juice and never have i had this experience. Never coming here again! Whack.

So it's 5:00pm right now on a Monday 11/28/22 and the lights are off, no one is inside but the doors were left unlocked to where anyone was able to walk inside. How professional.....a manager should check the cameras, see it for yourself.
I want to extend my gratitude to the tall gentleman who prepared my vanilla sky bowl on January 29, 2023, around 12:30 PM. I appreciate the quick service and the fantastic bowl! I'll definitely be back!
Stopped in for a smoothie as I hadn't been to a Jamba Juice in a few years. Apparently I ordered an old drink because it certainly wasn't on the menu. Staff was able to make it and it tasted great!
This location needs improvements, it's hot and it smells like dumpster, they lack customer services. The manager needs to guide these kids.
