Jamba Juice - Réservation de table

Bad service. They were slow to take my order and then even slower to make it. The store started filling up and yet no drinks were being handed out. When some drinks were finally finished, they weren't even for the people that were there. They were online orders for people that hadn't even arrived yet. Finally, someone that looked like the manager came out and told the employee that she needed to make the drinks in order. The first order, which was mine, had not been made yet. She turned to ask if it was being made and nope! It wasn't even started. I had already waited 25 minutes and was now late for my next appointment. I asked for a refund, but she said it would just be 2 seconds. Of course...

Service was super slow. I ordered and the person that took my order was not very nice to start. Then she proceeded to do maintenance items well she left my two drinks to be made by the other employee who was already busy. She then made my first drink and it took about 7 min and was like water not smoothly thickness as all. Then I asked for my second drink when she handed me the first on and she said she was going to make it next. That took another 7 min to make it because she was trying to do online orders at same time. It was such a joke. 14 min for two smoothie. I visited Dave's Hot Chicken, which has a concise menu that I appreciate. We ordered the #1 (two chicken strips with mac and cheese) and the #2 (two chicken sliders with fries). My assessment: the chicken strips in the #1 were smaller than the sliders and way too sweet for my taste. I took one bite and ended up giving the rest away. The mac and cheese, however, was tasty. If I go back, it will definitely be for the mac and cheese—not the chicken.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I waited in line for more than five minutes with just one person in front of me, while the employees just wandered around the store. Neither of us received any assistance, so we ended up walking out. I will never return to this Jamba Juice location again, and I might even stop going altogether after all the negative experiences I've had. Réservez une table maintenant

Place I went to is now Dave's Hot Chicken. Short menu, that's good for me. We ordered #1 (2 chicken strips w/Mac cheese) #2 (2 chicken sliders w/ fries).My evaluation:#1 Chic strips were half the size of the sliders ?? and sooo sweeet, I had one bite gave rest away. Mac+cheese was good ?If I go back again, it'll be for Mac+cheese. NOT chicken ??

The machines were poorly maintained and quite dirty, with old, crusty vegetables. I witnessed the staff preparing my smoothie in a blender that still had remnants from a previous drink.

The food was delicious and served promptly, as always! However, one downside was that the music was so loud inside the restaurant that it was hard to hear the person calling out orders.
