Jameson's Charhouse

We were seated at a cramped table where I couldn't even fit my feet between the table legs. We had to sit on the edge of the bench with our feet dangling outside. The waitress took 15 minutes to acknowledge us without any apologies. We ordered calamari which was dry and had a long wait between courses. The restaurant got busy and after an hour and 15 minutes, our meals still hadn't arrived. When we asked for water, it took ages for it to be brought to us. We asked the manager to pack up our food as we were dissatisfied with the service. The manager eventually returned to inform us that our meal was ready and then left. The waitress finally refilled our water without apologizing for the delay...

Was there recently with family. The entrees were very good. However, I hand the daily special which was a filet and grilled shrimp. The shrimp was over cooked, dry as toast. As a huge fan of key lime pie , that was our dessert choice. What a huge disappointment that was.. It was presented as a small tater. The crust was soggy, the filling was not creamy and smooth,, it had chunks of I don’t know what in it.Coconut and it was artificially green. Take that item off the menu. I can get a better key lime pie in the frozen food section at a grocery store

My family and I love this place. Whenever we all want to get together this is the place we choose. Quality and consistent with GREAT SERVICE. Always very nice and accommodating to kids as well. Rib eye is always a top.choice for the family... I love the walleye. Prime rib sandwich is always great as well. We've made lots of memories and always a fun positive experience!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Charlie Mandziara was an exceptional bus driver! He made me feel so welcome and was the highlight of my visit. Such a fantastic young man, I will definitely be returning for him. Réservez une table maintenant

This is such a wonderful place to dine! The staff is friendly and the service is top-notch - I would give it 100%. The seafood is incredibly fresh as well.

a great place. upscale, but budget friendly happy hour specials. good for a drink and appetizer in front of a movie. beautiful date night or family dinner.

They have some of the best rack of lamb in the suburbs. That's all I ever get when I stop by there. It seems like they are always busy. Good for them.

first. the potato soup was excellent. the Caesar salad, served on a chilled dish, was plentiful and well dressed. crab cakes had a lot.
