At JSJ, the soondubu is served bubbling in a stone bowl, and it’s incredibly fresh and hot—so much so that they provide you with an egg to boil right in the soup. I also really enjoy galbi (Korean ribs) and soondubu combos, and I found the $18 price to be quite reasonable. Unfortunately, the galbi was a bit disappointing, but the delicious soup and the variety of side dishes more than made up for it. I will definitely be returning! Apologies for the poor quality of the pictures!
A wonderful restaurant that I have eaten at a couple of times and have just gotten around to reviewing. Highly recommend the seafood pancake and any of their soups. We were craving soup after watching a Netflix Korean soup food show and this restaurant did not disappoint. They can adjust based on your spice tolerance as well. So much of their menu is enticing, would highly recommend! Vegetarian options: Some non meat, non seafood options
Excellent food. The seafood pancake and the fried dumplings are always a great start to the meal. The purple rice is flavorful and the side dishes are some of the best in town. Service is fast and efficient.
