We ate for lunch as a couple and the waiter was cheeky and trying to upsell some nibbles telling us there will be a wait on food for the mains but that was not true so we found it a bit silly from him .....we found him pushy and a little invasive checking on us every few minutes the mains arrived a few minutes after the nibbles were served and it was not very nice at all it tasted reheated and poorly presentated .. the chicken pasta dish tasted like there was vinegar in it wich was barely edible and the pasta was really soggy , the moussaka wasn’t good either both served with a few mixed leaves salad that looked old and barely any garnish and dressing all of that at a really high price so we...
Hard to find little gem of a place but worth the effort. Called in for dinner one evening pre-theatre and had the Kleftico, my favourite, and it didn't disappoint. Staff all very friendly and efficient but not in any way intrusive and we were lucky...enough to be seated opposite the serving hatch from the kitchen and our mouths were watering watching all the glorious food being served. Close your eyes and you would think you were in a restaurant in Corfu with the staff chattering away in their mother tongue. We will certainly return for dinner on our next visit to Bath.
I arrived at this restaurant without a reservation and managed to get a table at the end of a busy day. I was delighted with the meal I had here, which included stuffed vine leaves, roasted peppers, olives, pita, and melitzanosalata - all of which were delicious. They also had a vegan main dish available, although I did not try it. The staff were outstanding and very accommodating. The beans came with feta, but they kindly removed it for me. I left feeling very satisfied and full, as the portion was quite large for just one person.
Small family run business serving authentic and delicious home style Greek food. The restaurant is located down a narrow pretty street with some outdoor tables. Excellent service and well worth a visit for all diners (vegan/gluten free/meat eaters). Service was extremely welcoming and very attentive. We ordered 6 dishes and some pitta breads for two people which was about the right amount of food. Everything we ordered was delicious and I am looking forward to going back as soon as we can. Booking is recommended.

books jars meze for lunch on my mother birthday. very cozy and cozy family restaurant, staff who served us (brother and sister, I think) were great, polite and brought my mother also a cake with candle and sang happy birthday after our meal! we ordered. beef and lamb main dishes, not long wait, and it was very tasty and fresh! we were also presented with free ouzo and cranberry juice dishes after our meal. absolutely recommend to everyone, cooked after home delicious Greek dishes!
visited jars meze with my man for my birthday contract. the employees were welcome from the beginning. beautiful intimate eating, real authentic feeling. good choice of dress and a good wine card. we ordered the meat exchange meze and some additional pages. every dish was delicious, traditional and tasty. wein was also beautiful! again taste delicious! I couldn't blame, we ate and drunk a lot and were surprised how reasonable the bill was. every penny worth it!
I would give this restaurant 5 stars if the app allowed me to! Our group consisted of a vegan (myself), a vegetarian, and a meat-eater. Everyone enjoyed exceptional food that couldn't be faulted. There were plenty of vegan options available, and I think I tried almost all of them because they were all delicious. The service was also friendly and welcoming. I wish I lived in Bath so I could dine here every week.
There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options available on the menu, featuring small plates. The food is consistently delicious and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and attentive. As a resident of Bath, I consistently choose to return to this restaurant above all others.

that was worth shopping in bath. so glad we did. the personal was very proud of what they did, eating and business in general. we had a beautiful mezze sitting outside and judging what other folks are. we eat, everything looked delicious.
